Mislav Krstulović

Head of Tehnology & Operations

Mislav oversees technology delivery and operations at Mediartem AI – designing practical AI solutions, standardizing workflows, and ensuring engagements run smoothly end-to-end.

He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from FER Zagreb and previously worked as a Data Scientist at A1 Croatia on AI-driven telecom projects, where he also led Data & AI education initiatives. Combining technical depth with a passion for teaching, he helps teams use AI for innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Larno Visser

Regional Lead for Benelux & AI Coach

Larno Visser leads Mediartem AI’s go-to-market and executive coaching across the Netherlands and the wider Benelux. With an MSc in Innovation Management, he has delivered in-company AI workshops, advised leadership teams on AI strategy, and built automated growth workflows that drive measurable results. He collaborates with multiple AI startups and teaches AI in Practice at Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences in Antwerp. Larno’s focus is responsible adoption – helping organizations balance human-centered values with tangible business impact.

Filip Macukić

Founder & CEO

Filip sets the company’s vision and leads enterprise engagements and partnerships – helping clients adopt generative AI with clarity, ethical guardrails, and measurable outcomes.

He holds a Master’s in Service Leadership & Innovation (RIT) and previously worked in Public Policy & Government Affairs at Google, where he worked on initiatives in AI governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation across Central & Eastern Europe. With 10+ years across marketing, IT, sales, and HR, he bridges strategy and execution for cross-functional GenAI implementation; he founded Mediartem AI in 2023 to deliver generative AI knowledge in a holistic, human-centered way through workshops, coaching, and consulting.
